Stop guessing whether site
work was done right.
VerifyOps is being built to help recurring service teams prove whether site work met the agreed standard, using structured evidence, exception review, and customer-ready reports.
“Built for recurring service work where managers can't be everywhere and customers need more than a checkbox.”
Completed does not always mean completed correctly.
A checked box tells you work was marked complete. It does not prove the site standard was met. When expectations live in documents, evidence lives in photos, and review happens after complaints, service quality becomes hard to manage and harder to defend.
VerifyOps turns service expectations into a repeatable verification workflow.
From defining the standard to delivering a verified report, every step is structured so quality is provable, not assumed.
- 01Define site standardsCapture what acceptable service looks like for each location.
- 02Assign required workTie recurring or one-time tasks to the customer, site, and standard.
- 03Collect proofAttach notes, photos, checklists, timestamps, or other required evidence.
- 04Review exceptionsRoute missing, unclear, disputed, late, or low-confidence work to a manager.
- 05Report outcomesShow what passed, what failed, what was disputed, and what keeps recurring.
Put manager attention where it matters.
VerifyOps helps supervisors focus on questionable completions, recurring failures, weak evidence, and sites with rising account risk, instead of manually inspecting every task or waiting for complaints.
- Questionable completions, not every task.
- Weak evidence before it becomes a dispute.
- Recurring failures by site or customer.
- Sites with rising account risk.
- Coaching moments backed by verification history.
- Standards that drift across locations.
Give customers a service record they can trust.
Each report connects work performed, required standard, supporting evidence, exceptions, and resolution status, giving customers a clear record without forcing them to inspect every task manually.
- Evidence-backed reporting tied to the standard each task satisfies.
- Clear service records that hold up during account reviews.
- Less back-and-forth chasing photos, notes, and confirmations.
- Easier account defense when a complaint or dispute comes in.
- More trust in recurring service quality over time.
Task tools track activity. Service verification checks against the standard.
Same checklist, very different outcome. One records what happened; the other compares it to the agreed standard. For a deeper explanation, read what service verification means.
- Shows whether a task was marked complete
- Uses generic checklists
- Stores photos and notes
- Requires broad manual review
- Produces internal activity logs
- Shows whether work met the site standard
- Supports site-specific expectations
- Connects evidence to verification decisions
- Routes exceptions for focused review
- Produces customer-ready verification reports
AI-assisted verification, with humans in control.
VerifyOps is starting with structured evidence and clear site standards. AI-assisted checks are being developed to flag missing proof, inconsistent notes, failed standards, and completions that may need review. Managers still make the final call where context, judgment, or customer impact matters.
Why I'm building VerifyOps.
I've spent enough time around recurring service work to see the same pattern over and over: the task gets marked complete, the photo gets uploaded, and nobody actually knows whether the site standard was met until a customer complains.
VerifyOps is my attempt to fix that. I'm building it in the open with early teams who care enough to give honest feedback. The goal isn't a polished platform on day one. It's to get the core verification loop right, with real operators, before adding anything else.
If recurring service quality is something you actually have to defend, with customers or with your own team, I'd like to hear what verification would have to look like to be useful to you.
